Since its inception, Business Unit Middle East has been structured to achieve maximum efficiency by the constant exchange of the information and services between domains, markets and countries.
The fundamental organization reflects the Group’s principles by gathering talents and expertise into working teams-domains such as Aviation, Bridges and geotechnical engineering, Buildings, Cities, Energy, Environment, Industry and Mining, Mobilities, Ports, waterways and Maritime, Rail transport, Roads, Urban transport, Water; led by Domain Directors.
Whilst domains represent certain activity beyond by the boarders, the geographical set-up with the countries structure allows easier reach and support to the local clients and local requirements. Those often are unique and demand in-depth knowledge of the local customs, heritage and importantly, legal system. Each country is led by the Country Manager.
Together Domain Directors and Country Managers create a complete matrix with a holistic approach to each project – the talents and expertise are moved with no constrains for the best fit. The skills are complementary within the organization chart.
Finally, the team of Internal Divisions’ leaders and Referents ensure the smooth operation in line with Group’s core values.
