Project overview

Amaala Company is designing and developing a transformative and unique tourism destination catering to international ultra-high net-worth traveler at three sites forming part of HH the CrownePrince Mohamed Bin Salman Reserve on the coast of the Red Sea in the North – West of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Amaala will be the first – class luxury mixed – use resort focusing on wellness, sports, art and culture, ecology, and sustainability. It will feature a series of luxury hotels, some with accompanying wellness facilities and high – end branded residential units.

The location of Amaala is remarkably pristine and offers ecological and marine based experiences which are impossible to discover anywhere else in the world.

To enhance the luxury experience, Amaala Company is also developing an airport which will cater to domestic and international travelers, allowing them to arrive to the destination in the most comfortable and personalized environment. The airport, designed by Foster & Partners and Egis is set for completion in 2023 and will welcome over one million passengers per year.
