With the hospitality investment community coming together from across the Middle East & Africa region under one roof at the Arabian and African Hospitality Investment Conference (AHIC) in Dubai, Voltere by Egis took an active role in the event.
On 21st of September Philippe Doizelet, Director, Hospitality and Real Estate Partner of Voltere by Egis moderated a panel discussion on ‘The Possible Outcomes of the African Hospitality Market following Covid-19’.
Middle East Director for Consulting, Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure, Federico Minucci; Head of Hospitality and Asset Management, Damien Rizzi; and Middle East & Africa Manager for Hotels, Mehdi Belabbes, all from Voltere by Egis, also attended the conference and met with many potential clients and long term partners of the industry.
The main topic of the discussions was the growing industry in the Middle Eastern and African regions following the decrease in Covid cases and “back to new normal” approach. The clients and hospitality experts deliberated on changes in consumer preferences and behaviors, and investment-worthy concepts in a post-pandemic market, as well as human capital management.
The conference was a great success for all parties and a prime opportunity to discuss the rebirth of the industry. As a non-virtual event, it provided the opportunity for networking and lively discussions among the industry leaders and experts.
